My office is based in the Northeast Charlotte (University Area), but I work with clients as far north as Statesville, south to the NC/SC state line and everywhere between Gastonia (West) and Albemarle (East).

I have been a full-time, licensed agent with Allen Tate Realtors since early 2007. Throughout my career, I have guided hundreds of buyers through purchases of homes from foreclosures & short sales to resale, new construction and even FSBO & iBuyer properties. For my sellers, I offer a comprehensive marketing plan that includes staging services utilizing my own staging inventory & expertise, the latest online marketing technology including 3D virtual tours, and a network of trusted vendors that can get any property ready for market. Beginning in 2020, I was selected to join the Residential Forms Committee for the North Carolina Association of Realtors. As a member of the committee, I work each year to review, dissect, and make better all residential forms that Realtors® across the state use in their transactions.
